COMMISSIONS

• Please gather as many photos as you can. Consider lighting, focus and angle the photo was taken. Are the eyes visible? Can you see the colour of the fur? 
• A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non refundable. The remaining amount will be due prior to shipping.
• Amendments can be consider if the portrait has not been started. If the portrait has begun, no alterations will be made.
• If you need the portrait for a specific date, please check the date is available at the time of booking. Portraits normally take 4-6 weeks, however oil paintings take longer due to the drying time.
• Your portrait will be sent securely and will need a signature on delivery. Postage is £10 per portrait.
• For memorial portraits please contact me to arrange delivery of your pets ashes.
